Bullish Plays:

Lockheed Martin (LMT) - Strong breakout at $110-112.50.

General Dynamics (GD) - Breakout at $94-95 on strong volume is buyable.

Express Scripts (ESRX) - Textbook-like cup and handle breakout at $74 on good volume.

Genzyme (GENZ) - Strong breakout at $81 on heavy volume.

Embarq (EQ) - Need volume to assert its breakout move at $48.

Grainger (GWW) - Watch for breakout at $93.

ITT (ITT) - Nice pullback to 20 DMA (66) on low volume.

United Therapeutics (UTHR) - Nice pullback to breakout point on low volume.

Gilead (GILD) - Constructive tightening action near breakout at $57.

 

Bearish Plays:

First Solar (FSLR) - Trading in symmetrical traingle and should breakdown.

Walter Ind. (WLT) - Past leader showing some weak action.

Gulf Fabrication (GIFI) - Forming head and shoulder here to break below $40.

Exelon (EXC) - Ready to break support at $73.

Alpha Natural (ANR) - Looks ready to roll down.

Ensco Intl. (ESV) - About to break below 200 DMA at $64.66.

Firstenery (FE) - Bouncing towards 200 DMA resistance at $72.50.

Monsanto (MON) - Head and shoulder formation.

Next monster stock: (ENER) is forming a solid base here. Give it some time to work on its base and this stock looks poised to be next momo stock of Wall Street. If it breaks down, don’t even touch it. Patience!
