3 Chinese Longs

It looks like the Chinese stocks are going to lead this market higher even if the macro economy sucks. I can sit here and keep whining about how bad the fundamentals are but market doesn’t seem to agree with what I think. So far the best way to play this uptrend is in this 3 Chinese stocks: Netease.com (NTES), Shanda Interactive (SNDA) and Changyou.com (CYOU) that are trending higher and higher on expanding volume. Take a look at the chart of these stocks:

Keep in mind that CYOU is a spin-off of SNDA which is still majority owned by SNDA. Wait for them to pullback on low volume or atleast form a base to digest this explosive moves.

Hey Coinguy,

I know, I have been little laxed on posting new trades. I still hold a sizable portion of my larger portofolio in FAZ which I will continue to hold hopefully till the end of the year. Little fun/experiment portfolio is under pressure by my bad decision with WFC July puts.

Recently We have been diverting funds to different investments. We are focusing on real estate “vulture” investing in emerging markets as well as USA. Remember my trip in Dec, well, that was the beginning of investment diversification.

Focus has been shifting away from USA to emerging markets and thats where the money is going to be made.

Once, we’re little settled with our new found venture, I’ll be back trading heavily. For now, I’m doing few after market posts.
